After Generate: Waiting, Credits, and Your Finished Result
Understand LoftNum’s upload, review, and generation stages, where to find your work, and what happens to credits when a task fails.

Check the displayed credit cost before submitting a generation. Different experiences can use different amounts. A credit pack is a balance you spend on tasks; its purchase price does not mean every task costs the same amount.
The available one-time packs are listed on Pricing. Check the pack details and the editor’s current quote together before purchasing.
Keep the page open until your task is saved
After you click Generate, your photos need to finish uploading. The page then confirms the quote and saves the task. Keep the page open until the saved task appears.
Once saved, the task is linked to your account. You can return to it in My creations. Keep that page open to continue checking progress; closing the browser does not guarantee that every remaining processing step will continue unattended.
What the waiting stages mean
- Checking photos and instructions: Your inputs are being checked before generation.
- Waiting for input review: A person needs to review the inputs before the task can proceed.
- Waiting to generate: The task is saved and waiting for generation to start.
- Generating: The image or video is being made. Please do not submit it again.
- Checking the finished result: Generation has finished, but checks and any final review still need to complete.
- Ready to download: You can view and download the finished file.
There is no fixed completion time. Videos can take more than 15 minutes, and review can add further waiting. The elapsed timer tells you how long the task has been running; it is not a countdown or a promise of delivery at a particular time.
If the page cannot refresh its status, the saved task is not automatically submitted again. Return to the same task when the connection recovers. If it says it needs attention, contact Support with the task ID instead of repeatedly generating another copy.
Reserved credits and returned credits
Creating a task reserves the quoted credits. A technical failure or rejected input or output review returns that task’s reserved credits to your LoftNum balance once the failure is confirmed.
Look for credits returned on the task. If the return is still being confirmed, do not assume those credits are available yet. Contact support with the task ID if the status stays unresolved.
A credit return is different from a refund to your payment card. Billing requests follow the Refund Policy.
Does a failed task include a free remake?
A new generation is a new paid task. There is no unlimited free-regeneration option. If credits from a failed task have been returned, you can use the restored balance for another attempt at the displayed price.
If a completed result has an objective problem, such as missing output or swapped roles, send the task ID and a description to support for review. A preference for a different style is not automatically a free remake.
Some rejected tasks offer a safety-review request. Read its confirmation carefully: it can reserve credits again, and requesting a review does not guarantee approval. It is not a button for generating unlimited alternatives.
Download before deleting
When the task is ready, check the result and download the file from My creations. The page also offers file deletion for completed or failed work. Save anything you want to keep before confirming deletion.
For a smoother first attempt, start with clear photos and the correct roles, and keep any background description simple.
