You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Termination

Photo and video editing beta

Upload only material you own or are permitted to use, and obtain permission from identifiable people whose appearance you submit. You must have appropriate rights for reference clips, music and other assets. A model's ability to reproduce a character, face or song does not grant those rights.

This service excludes political subjects, political figures, elections and political controversies. Do not submit sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, targeted abuse or graphic violence. Spooky-photo effects must remain non-graphic. Do not represent an edited performance as an authentic recording of someone doing or saying something they did not do.

Preset creations use automated checks on input and output media and are delivered automatically when those checks pass. Requests requiring review, including any offered custom descriptions, stay private until resolved by authorized staff. These checks do not establish identity, permission or ownership of uploaded material. We may reject unsafe or unsuitable requests. Reference-image limits are model limits, not a promise that every face will remain accurate. Mouth movement, hands, instruments, backgrounds and identity can vary. Review the displayed example and limitations before ordering.
