Terms of service

LoftNum Studio is operated by ZHAO JUNSHI, an individual operating under the LoftNum brand in China. Contact: support@loftnumstudio.com.

The service

We provide text-to-image generation and image editing using Ideogram 4.5 through fal.ai. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with Ideogram. The saved examples show actual model results; they do not run a new generation.

Your account and inputs

You must be at least 18 and use an email address you control. Only submit material you have the rights and consent to use. Do not submit intimate images without consent, sexual content involving minors, fraudulent impersonation, or content that violates applicable law or third-party rights. The Ideogram usage policy also applies. We may pause abusive accounts and review reported content. Contact support to dispute an account restriction.

Our acceptable use policy forms part of these terms and details prohibited content, checks, reports and appeals.

Paid credits

Generation and editing require purchased credits. There are no free trials or sign-up credits. The initial offer is 40 credits for USD 4.90, paid once. Any applicable tax is shown before payment. There is no automatic recharge. Monthly subscriptions are not currently available.

Quick uses 1 credit, Balanced 2 and Detailed 8 for one image. The chosen cost is displayed before submission. We reserve credits when you submit and return them for confirmed failures. If the provider outcome is unknown, the request is held for review to prevent duplicate generation or charges.

Unused purchased credits remain available while the service operates, subject to refunds and account review. Credits are for this service and are not money or transferable balances. Payment is handled by Waffo Pancake; checkout and its receipt identify the payment seller. Credits are added after the payment provider confirms payment.

Results and availability

AI outputs may contain mistakes or resemble other outputs. Review text, rights and suitability before using an image. We do not promise exclusivity, search rankings or revenue. Image files are available for seven days; download the ones you want to keep. Provider outages, maintenance and capacity limits can temporarily delay generation. Contact us about an undelivered paid request.

Refunds, privacy and changes

Our refund policy and privacy policy form part of these terms. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will announce material changes on this site before they apply; they will not retrospectively remove paid entitlements. Contact support first with any dispute; any mandatory protections and competent courts available under applicable law remain available to you.
