CONTENT POLICY

Acceptable use

Last updated: October 9, 2026. This policy applies to prompts, uploaded images and generated results on LoftNum Studio, operated by ZHAO JUNSHI under the LoftNum brand.

Prohibited content

• Sexual and NSFW content: pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexualized nudity and non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Violence and gore: graphic injury, torture, dismemberment, glorification of violence, or encouragement of suicide or self-harm.
• Hate: material that dehumanizes, threatens or promotes violence against people based on protected characteristics, or promotes hateful extremist groups.
• Child safety: sexual exploitation or sexualization of anyone under 18, child sexual abuse material, or any attempt to create or distribute such material.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: deceptive depictions of real people, non-consensual face replacement, fraud, or misleading impersonation of public figures or private individuals.
• Copyright and trademarks: material you lack permission to use, counterfeit branding, infringing characters or logos, or claims that the service is endorsed by a model or brand owner.

How checks work

Before generation, we check prompts against maintained restrictions and Waffo Prompt Sift. We keep the generation provider's safeguards enabled. Uploaded editing inputs and completed outputs are also checked for sexual or NSFW content through fal.ai before generation or delivery. These automated checks have limits: an image classifier cannot determine every copyright, identity or contextual issue. We investigate reports and uncertain results manually.

Checks that fail or remain uncertain do not release an image. A confirmed failure returns the reserved credits. An uncertain generation or output check is held for reconciliation to prevent duplicate requests. We record moderation outcomes and provider references without copying full prompts into moderation logs. Private customer outputs are not automatically published in our example gallery.

Reports and appeals

Email support@loftnumstudio.com with the subject Content report or Appeal. Include the request reference or public link and a short explanation. Do not attach illegal material; use a reference instead. We aim to respond within two business days and prioritize reports of child exploitation or immediate danger.

Enforcement

Depending on the issue, we can reject a request, withhold or remove an image, restrict an account while investigating, or terminate access for serious or repeated abuse. We explain credit and refund adjustments where lawful and preserve mandatory consumer rights. Reports and confirmed moderation failures inform updates to our restrictions; the operator reviews these at least monthly and when an incident identifies a gap.
